My name is Valerie Baker and I teach 5th grade at Taft Elementary in Lincoln City. I would like to express my thoughts and appreciation to Donate2Eduucate for the wonderful opportunity to have needed supplies donated to my classsroom. These days, it is more and more difficult to find room in our shrinking school budgets for even the most basic student supplies. With Donate2Educate, I have been able to list those needed items on the website and have interested folks find them and take the generous step to provide them for us. It's a unique opportunity that allows people who want to support education to see a specific need and make a difference directly. The donations I have received through this website have meant that each of my students had a pair of scissors or a ruler; that our class can begin growing a garden; or can print their final projects for publication. My students and I are so grateful for Donate2Educate!
